1. Nenokkadine (2014)

1: Nenokkadine is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language psychological thriller film written and directed by Sukumar. The film features Mahesh Babu and Kriti Sanon, who makes her Telugu cinema debut, in the lead roles. Nassar, Pradeep Rawat, Kelly Dorji, and Anu Hasan appear in supporting roles. Mahesh's son, Gautham Krishna, made his debut in the film as a younger version of the protagonist.
The film, which was made on a budget of over 60crores, did not even surpass the 30crores at the worldwide box office.

2. Drushyam (2014)

Drushyam is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language thriller film directed by Sripriya and jointly produced by Daggubati Suresh Babu and Rajkumar Sethupathi. It is a remake of Jeethu Joseph's 2013 Malayalam film Drishyam and features Daggubati Venkatesh, Meena, and Nadhiya reprising the respective roles played by Mohanlal, Meena and Asha Sarath in the original. The film became Superhit.

3. Taxiwala (2018)

Taxiwaala is a 2018 science-fiction comedy film written and directed by Rahul Sankrityan. The film stars Vijay Deverakonda, Priyanka Jawalkar and Malavika Nair in the lead roles, while  Madhunandan, Ravi Varma, and Shiju appear in supporting roles. Music is composed by Jakes Bejoy. The film is jointly bankrolled by UV Creations and Geetha Arts. The movie's teaser was released on April 18, 2018. The movie was released on November 17, 2018, to positive reviews praising the story, comedy, and Deverakonda's performance. The film became a super hit at the box office.

4. Dhruva (2016)

Dhruva is a 2016 Indian Telugu-language action thriller] film directed by Surender Reddy and produced by Allu Aravind under his banner Geetha Arts. It features Ram Charan in the titular role, along with Arvind Swamy, Rakul Preet Singh, and Navdeep in important roles. It is an official remake of the 2015 Tamil film Thani Oruvan (dubbed in Hindi as Double Attack 2 in 2017). The movie was released worldwide on 9 December 2016. The film became a super hit at the box office.

5. Project Z (2017)

Maayavan (Mystic) is a 2017 Indian Tamil science fiction thriller film co-written, produced and directed by C. V. Kumar. The film features Sundeep Kishan and Lavanya Tripathi in the lead roles while Jackie Shroff and Daniel Balaji play supporting roles. Featuring music composed by Ghibran, the film was launched in February 2016. It was dubbed in Telugu as Project Z.Don't Know the correct reason behind this movie failure.

6. U-Turn (2018)

U-Turn is a 2018 Indian thriller film written and directed by Pawan Kumar. Filmed simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu languages, it is a remake of his own 2016 Kannada film of the same name. The bilingual stars Samantha Akkineni in the lead role alongside Aadhi Pinisetty, Rahul Ravindran and Bhumika Chawla. It was released on 13 September 2018.

7. Detective (2017)

Thupparivaalan (Detective) is a 2017 Indian action thriller film written and directed by Mysskin. The film is produced by Vishal, who also stars in the lead role. The film also features Prasanna, Anu Emmanuel, Andrea Jeremiah, and Vinay. The project was launched in March 2016 and was released on 14 September 2017. The film and its titular hero was loosely inspired by British writer Arthur Conan Doyle's detective character, Sherlock Holmes; he has been given the credits in the opening of the film. The film was a commercial success and was appreciated by audiences and critics.

A Telugu-language version was released as Detective. The film was also dubbed into Hindi as Dashing Detective and released by Goldmines Telefilms on YouTube on 13 July 2018 with Vishal's voice dubbed by Rajesh Kava.

8. Abhimanyudu (2018)

Irumbu Thirai is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language action techno-thriller film directed by debutant P. S. Mithran. The film stars Vishal, Arjun Sarja, and Samantha Akkineni, with Yuvan Shankar Raja composing the soundtrack. Produced by Vishal Film Factory, the venture began production in October 2016. It is dubbed into Telugu as Abhimanyudu which was released on 1 June 2018. The film released worldwide on 11 May 2018. It received highly positive reviews and was a blockbuster at the box office.

9. Vikram Vedha (2017)

Vikram Vedha is a 2017 Indian Tamil-language neo-noir action thriller film written and directed by Pushkar–Gayathri and produced by S. Sashikanth under his banner Y NOT Studios. The film features R. Madhavan, Vijay Sethupathi, Shraddha Srinath, Kathir and Varalaxmi Sarathkumar in the lead roles. Prem, Achyuth Kumar, Hareesh Peradi and Vivek Prasanna play supporting roles. Sam C. S. composed the soundtrack and score, while P. S. Vinod handled the cinematography. Inspired by the Indian folktale Baital Pachisi, the film tells the story of Vikram, a police inspector who sets out to track down and kill Vedha, a gangster. After Vedha voluntarily surrenders himself, he tells Vikram three stories which change his perceptions of good and evil.

10. Ratsasan (2018)

Raatchasan (English: Demon) is a 2018 Indian Tamil-language psychological crime thriller film directed by Ramkumar. The film features Vishnu and Amala Paul in the lead roles. Featuring music composed by Ghibran, the venture began production in November 2016. The film opened on 5 October 2018. The background music of this movie is excellent.
